Masonic Revival accepts returns and exchanges on anything within 30 days of purchase. Opened or used, the merchandise price is refunded in full. No reason is required.
Start your return or exchange with the link below. That is the only step. You do not need a return authorization, and you do not need to contact us first.
Once you receive a return label, pack the item and the packing slip, then affix the label. Use a traceable, insured shipment. We do not accept C.O.D. returns.
Refunds
The merchandise price is credited to your original method of payment. Return shipping charges are deducted from the refund. Most credit card refunds appear on your statement within one billing cycle.
Duties or taxes paid to your country's customs authority are not refunded by Masonic Revival. Those charges are set by your government.
Exchanges
Use the same start-a-return link if you want a different size, color, or product.
Lodge orders
Officer-line orders of 7 or more coordinated pieces often include sizing and production decisions that are hard to reverse. Message us early if a Lodge order needs a change.
