No questions asked: Masonic Revival stands behind what we sell. Return or exchange eligible items within 60 days of purchase—double our previous window—unless an item is custom or personalized as noted below.

If something doesn't live up to your expectations, return it. Masonic Revival accepts returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Below is the full process, what qualifies, and what to expect on refund timing.

What qualifies for return

Eligible items must be:

  • Purchased from Masonic Revival (our Shopify store or one of our official channels)
  • Within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Unworn and unused, with any included packaging intact
  • Accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by our team

Custom, personalized, engraved, or lodge-branded items are not guaranteed to be refundable. Because these pieces are made to your specifications, they cannot be resold. If you have an issue with a custom or personalized item — wrong spelling, damage in transit, a production error — please contact us and we'll work through it with you case by case.

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Contact us first. Message us through the Contact page with your order number (e.g. SP-16102) and a short note explaining why you're returning the item. Do not ship anything back until you've heard from us.
  2. Receive your RA number. We'll email a Return Authorization number within one business day. Write this number clearly on the outside of the package. Returns without an RA number may be delayed or refused.
  3. Package it securely. Include the item(s) and your packing slip or order confirmation inside the package. Affix your shipping label.
  4. Ship to our returns address:

    Masonic Revival
    Attn: Returns
620 Peachtree St NE, Suite 1204
    Atlanta, GA 30308
    United States

We strongly recommend you use a traceable shipping service and insure the package for its value. Masonic Revival is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please do not ship returns C.O.D. — C.O.D. packages are refused on receipt.

Refund timing and amount

Once your return is received and inspected, the purchase price of the merchandise is refunded to your original method of payment. Most credit card refunds appear on your billing statement within one billing cycle of issuance.

A few notes on what is and isn't refunded:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, damage in transit).
  • International duties or taxes paid to your country's customs authority are not refunded by Masonic Revival — these are set and collected by your government, not us.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, tell us in your initial message and we'll coordinate the swap alongside your RA number. For exchanges of equal or lesser value, we typically waive the return shipping charge on the incoming replacement.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Lodge and officer-line orders

Officer-line orders (7+ coordinated pieces for a lodge) often include sizing or production decisions that are difficult to reverse once work has begun. If you have questions or concerns about a lodge order, message us at any stage — the earlier the better. We'd rather slow down and get it right than rush and produce seven aprons that need to be redone.

Questions

If anything on this page is unclear, or if you're not sure whether your item qualifies, contact us before shipping it back. We'd rather answer the question up front than have a return arrive without context.
