Refund policy

Masonic Revival accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. Opened or used items receive a full refund of the merchandise price.

You do not need a return authorization or a stated reason. Start the return through the link on our Returns & Exchanges page. That page is the how-to. This page is the policy.

The purchase price of the merchandise is credited to your original method of payment. Return shipping charges are deducted from the refund. Use a traceable, insured shipment. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. Most credit card refunds appear on your statement within one billing cycle.
